Loop is a documentary film that investigates the relationship between modern man and time, as seen through the eyes of some people who have made extreme adventures their lifestyle. The protagonists of the movie, each in their own personal way, have made drastic choices concerning their lives. A 41-year old extreme climber whose ambition is climbing a spectacular mountain decides, once he has reached the summit, to take up base-jumping from there. Two enthusiastic fishermen and skiers, tired of urban life in Narvik, leave for a long trip in their rowing boats and take up extreme skiing in hazardous conditions on one of the islands of the Lofoten archipelago.
