A group of friends prepare for a trip in the Val Daone, Trentino. During their walk through the woods in the Adamello mountains, they meet the surveyor, Ricci, who is collecting data for the construction of the dam at Malga Boazzo and takes advantage of the chance meeting to illustrate the project. This is designed to exploit the waters of the River Chiese to produce hydroelectric energy.
