Almo Giambisi is a mountain guide and skilled climber; he has also been the owner of the Antermoja sul Catinaccio refuge for twenty years. However, he is also someone who has always been a great friend to many mountaineers, both past and present; in him, they have found a man they can count on, especially when the going gets tough. This documentary affords an insight into Almo and the many adventures that have made him one of the mountains’ great figures. He takes us behind the scenes of his refuge and shows us that running a historical mountain refuge also takes wisdom and a smile.
