English climber Leo Houlding has an ambitious project: he plans to be the first person to complete a free ascent of the north tower of Mount Asgard on Baffin Island at the heart of the Arctic Circle. His team includes one of the greatest big-wall climbers, American Sean ‘Stanley’ Leary. Once at the top, the two climbers plan to wingsuit back down. Some way into their adventure, however, things go awry: after their spectacular skydive into the island, the weather takes a turn for the worst. From then on, even returning to the base of the tower is a dangerous task.
