The documentary aims to show the public the results of the project “Il Trentino per i Trentini nel Mondo: Live@Brasile”, organised by the Trentini nel Mondo association, with the collaboration of Società Cooperativa Mercurio and funding from the Autonomous Province of Trento. The main objective of the project is the encounter of cultures and exchanging of ideas between young Trentino people today and the young descendents of Trentino people emigrating to Brazil, members of Trentini nel Mondo clubs, in order to celebrate 130 years of Italian emigration and 136 years of Trentino emigration to the country.

Matteo Scotton
Matteo Scotton is about to graduate from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Trento. He attended a Guillermo Arriaga workshop at the Holden School, Turin, and a Theatre Criticism workshop sponsored by Trento’s Santa Chiara Cultural Services Centre. He has also studied for a year in Heidelberg, Germany, and attended the Eastman Kodak workshop in Genoa.
