This film is a story of a woman looking for her guerrilla father whom she had never met. On her journey from Istanbul to Makhmur Refugee Camp, she wonders about the kind of man her father was, what his past was, and if he loved her. This adventure brings her face-to-face with her closest relatives.
Director
Mizgin Mujde Arslan
Born in 1981, she worked as a reporter for the Dicle News Agency. She has written essays on culture and film published in various magazines and newspapers. She has made short and full-length films which have received national and international awards. She is currently doing a research doctorate at Bahçeşehir University on Film and Media Studies.
