The Petzl Rock Trip event was held In October 2011 in the valley of Gétû in China: a team of climbers prepared the site for the occasion, with the objective of bringing together professionals and amateurs in a place of exceptional beauty. The participants were offered no less than 250 pitches, opened specially for the occasion and spread across 15 sectors in the valley: a cocktail of extreme routes (up to 9a for the best climbers) and itineraries suitable for every taste, on magnificent limestone rock faces. The Chuanschang arch comes into its own in the autumn, when the rays of the rising sun shine across the river.
