He was born in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1981. He obtained a master’s degree in film direction from the Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya in 2012. Together with other partners, in 2005 he founded the Gale film production company, with which he carried out his subsequent projects. He has directed 13 films, subsequently selected at film festivals all over the world. He also directed the short films "Eliseo, ficción" (2012) and "Estética de la estática, experimental" (2011).
