The Garfagnina Bianca breed of sheep ran the risk of disappearing, but thanks to the commitment of a group of shepherds and researchers from the University of Pisa the population has increased from just 20 animals in 2004 to the current 800, contributing towards conserving important areas and landscapes in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The events of these last ten years relive in the stories of the shepherds.

The following year, in addition to video clips for companies, he began to produce brief documentaries on issues related to the relationship between man and the local area, with particular attention for agricultural and pastoral social systems.
