Joachim is a base jumper who has carried out daring feats together with his best friend Roger for years. However, Roger loses his life during a jump from a mountain. For Joachim it is a shock, and before his companion gives birth to their first child, he wants to say goodbye to base jumping and to his departed friend with one last jump. However, as Joachim and his accompanying friend gradually make their way to the top, a whole series of disquieting signs begin to gather along their route, demanding that the two friends make an urgent choice.
