What should be done with an old statue of Stalin placed in the centre of a peaceful Georgian village, when it becomes part of the area allocated to a planned convent? This is the question that the film tries to answer, not without humor, through the villagers’ differing opinions: should the monument be destroyed, moved, hidden or restored?
