The four elements are recounted through the all-encompassing relationships that four men and women have with them. In parallel, their interaction with the primordial elements reveals the underlying values of their lives: friendship, courage, the excitement of the challenge and overcoming personal limits. Filming of the documentary took place over four years, a long process making it possible to capture a series of spectacular sequences and exciting stories.
