In 35 years, Silvana from Bolzano has had many boyfriends, all imaginary. When Luca presents himself, accompanied by his love letters, she is shaken; she is not used to being courted. Initially she rejects him. However, he does not give up and wins her over with his kindliness. Their love story is unexpected, some people look at them with suspicion or curiosity, while few truly believe that there can be a deep bond. They dream of marrying and living together, but for those with Down syndrome it is not so simple.

Born in Cagliari, Italy, in 1984, he graduated in Photography from the ZeLIG School in Bolzano. After his internship on the set of PICCOLA PATRIA by Alessandro Rossetto, he worked on several sets, including ANITA B by Roberto Faenza and SILS MARIA by Oliver Assayas. Since 2015, he has been holding film workshops in schools. In 2016 he directed the documentary BAR MARIO.
