Through a series of interviews with the inhabitants of a valley in the foothills of the Veneto region, the documentary describes the environment of the middle mountains, retracing the evolution of the landscape from the 1940s to the present day. The opinions of the protagonists follow one another, intertwining in a continuous counterpoint that interprets the sense of belonging, the relationship with work and the environment of those who have chosen to make their home on the slopes of Val Leogra, by choice or by fate.
