Anthony Soto is a 26 year old writer and director from Miami, Florida. His work touches mostly on the Hispanic plight and world-wide issues ranging from politics, racial inequalities and family. He is making his directorial debut with “The Teacher and the Mountain”. Growing up in a multi-cultural/multi-generational household, his films address social constructs, environmental issues and existentialism. His goal is to create work that make audiences question perspective.

Robert Castano

Robert Castano is an American photographer and filmmaker from Miami, Florida. Being from such a diverse place, he believes it is important to showcase different cultures and people. He is making his directorial debut with “The Teacher and the Mountain”. His films seek to inform and initiate action on issues related to people, social change, and the environment. His goal is to have his own production company and continue telling the stories about people who effect change.
