The Matterhorn is among the highest mountains in the Alps. It overlooks Breuil-Cervinia village in Italy and Zermatt in Switzerland, two well-known tourist destinations. The cities, divided by the mountains, have always been connected by winter sports enthusiasts and professionals. In 2020, the pandemic broke the balance, creating a new paradoxical normalcy, symbolizing a human condition of inner conflict, which in times of difficulty shows itself more clearly.

Jacopo Marzi
Milan-based director. In 2021 he directed two short-docs: one in collaboration with National Geographic and a second one with We World onlus and Canon Italia. His first feature film, HYMN FOR THE HIVE premiered at Astra Film Festival.
