SHOW COOKING

At the cooking show to be held in the courtyard and portico of Palazzo Roccabruna, chef Stefano Bertoni imagines the future of mountain cooking, dedicated to these “high” places, difficult but pure. A vision of food and wine that embraces the gastronomic traditions of the mountains, but with new ideas and experimentation of dishes incorporating known flavours, paired with extreme wines, produced in vineyards cultivated in the “highlands”.
