This privacy notice explains how the official web site of the “City of Trento” International Film Festival of the Mountains and Exploration is managed with reference to the processing of personal data from identified or identifiable users consulting and interacting with the site. DATA COLLECTED FROM THOSE REQUESTING THE 365 CATALOGUE
The 365 catalogue at the web site gives a list of all the films available for rent with the scope of organising a single screening or a whole festival with the Trento Film Festival 365 brand, at cinemas, screening venues, associations or cultural institutes.
To request information and find out about the availability of one or more films, it is necessary to complete the form with the following data:

When you choose to register for the newsletter service using the special form at our web site or when completing one of the forms listed above, we ask you to provide:

If you provide data for third parties, it is your responsibility to check that you have their permission to provide personal data or content protected by national and international regulations.
DATA FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
If you are under the age of 16 you cannot provide any personal data and in no case are we liable for false statements made by you. Should we become aware of any false statements we will proceed with immediate cancellation of all the personal data acquired.

We collect the following data automatically following consultation of the web site and/or use of services:

FILM SUBMISSION
The information provided will be used for the selection process, and if chosen by the selection committee, for eventual participation and inclusion in the Festival’s film programme (catalogues, web site, other channels).
You may be contacted directly for questions regarding your participation at the event. Furthermore, if you have given your consent, you may receive the newsletter or future communications regarding participation at new editions of the event and/or of a general nature.
BOOK SUBMISSIONS
The information provided will be used for the participation and inclusion in the programme of MontagnaLibri (catalogues, web site, other channels).
You may be contacted directly for questions regarding your participation at the event. Furthermore, if you have given your consent, you may receive the newsletter or future communications regarding participation at new editions of the event and/or of a general nature.
APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MOUNTAIN TRADES PARK
The information provided will be used to manage the application to register for the Mountain Trades Park, and we will contact you to agree and better establish your preferences and how you will participate in the activities.
If you have given your consent, you may receive the newsletter or future communications regarding participation at new editions of the event and/or of a general nature.
365 CATALOGUE
The information provided will be used to contact you and process your request to rent films in the catalogue and/or for screenings in the TFF365 circuit.
If you have given your consent, you may receive the newsletter or future communications regarding the TFF365 catalogue and exploring your interest in participation.
APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION AS A VOLUNTEER
The information provided will be used to contact you and assess your application, If confirmed, your personal data will be used only for internal management of shifts and/or for direct contact by other members of staff, exclusively for the duration of the event.
ACCREDITATION
The information provided in the accreditation request will be used to process and evaluate your application. You may be contacted for further information or you may receive one or more notifications that accreditation has been confirmed.
Information about accredited persons will be used for organisational purposes and to consign additional material during the event.
If you have given your consent, you may receive the newsletter or future communications regarding accreditation for future editions of the event.
COMPULSORY PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of your personal data is compulsory for almost all the various pages/forms, exclusively in relation to the processing necessary to supply or access the services. It is however possible to deny consent for the additional functions or purposes indicated in the respective page or form.

ACCESS TO THE PERSONAL DATA BY OTHER PARTIES
Data collected in the context of providing services may be communicated to:

We do not in any circumstances transfer or sell personal data to third parties.

EXPORTING AND CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL DATA
To export your personal data or request its cancellation, you can send a request to e-mail address info@trentofestival.it or pec trentofilmfestival@pec.it from the electronic mail box you used to register and provided by you as the mailing address of reference.
METHODS AND TIMESCALE FOR THE CONSERVATION OF DATA
Processing of the data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and may also be carried out using automated systems designed to memorise, manage and transmit such data. It will take place using appropriate, state-of-the-art instruments suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality, through the use of appropriate procedures avoiding the risk of loss, unauthorised access, illegal use and diffusion.
Processing of your personal data will be carried out using the operations stated in article 4 of the Privacy Code and article 4, section 2) of the GDPR, and specifically: collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, amendment, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of the data. The personal data will be processed using both paper-based and electronic and/or automated systems.
In some cases, processing of the data may be transferred abroad to one of our Data Supervisors, in compliance with the GDPR and EU-US Privacy Shield.
The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the scope stated above, until consent is specifically cancelled.
SECURITY MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION OF DATA
The data are collected by the subjects stated, according to the instructions of the regulations of reference, with particular regard for the security measures provided for in relation to processing by the GDPR (article 32). This may take place using computerised, manual and automated instruments and for purposes closely linked to the scope indicated, at all events in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice may be subject to amendment. Should there be any substantial amendments to the use of data regarding users by the Data Controller, the latter will advise users by publishing such amendments prominently on its web pages or by using alternative or similar means.
