Il film narra la vicenda di questi uomini che continuano a cercare nella montagna tutto ciò che è stato, quanto già trovato e, forse, se stessi. Le immagini, i suoni e i dialoghi provano a svelare, ove possibile, il rapporto intimo che si crea tra uomini e uomini e uomini e montagna immersi nell’immensità degli spazi aperti di un mondo incredibilmente vero.

Two years of preparation and an adventure of forty days of their life devoted to Cho Oyu, one of the fourteen 8000m peaks. The film narrates the story of these men who continue to seek in the mountain what has been and already found and, perhaps, themselves. The images, sounds and dialogues attempt to reveal, where possible, the intimate relationship created between the men and between the men and the mountain immersed in the immensity of open spaces in an incredibly real world.
