A story of cooperation to produce mountain wines in Val d’Aosta

A story about mountain vine-growers who have chosen to cooperate to produce an extreme wine, a model of mountain viticulture in the Val d’Aosta, in the subzone with the same name as the wine. Here the vines are planted on terraces and broad steps at an altitude from 900 metres to 1300 metres asl, representing the highest vineyards in Europe.
