Tourist-mountaineering documentary on the Dolomites took from dawn to dusk between reality and legend. After an introduction with beautiful images of the Alpine meadows, Carezza lake, Val di Fassa and the tops of Mount Catinaccio, Torre del Vajolet and the Sella Group, a group of three rock climbers begin the ascent of the Torre del Vajolet. The film ends with the group reaching the top and descending from the tower, and with scenes of the people and the life in the valley.
