How can one survive in the desert and still be able to work in unbearable heat, in the midst of sandstorms, when the powerful sun rays change the whole psychophysiological state of man? In order to solve the problems involved in man's work in the desert, scientists from the Institute of physical culture of Kazakhstan formed a group of seven people who crossed 550 km of desert on foot in 25 days in July in Karakorum.
