25 year old Pierre Tardivel is the third generation of extreme skiers. Tardival has a record of 29 first descents on walls between 55° and 65° including the Etale des Aravis, the north side of Aigiulle Verte and the south walls of Grande Casse and Mont-Pourri. Tardivel is a moutaineer who studies every metre of snow during the climb on the mountain in order to be safe for his descent. The film is a prtray of this new extreme skier and it reconsturcts the spectacular descent of the Nord des Courtes wall, after showing various moments in the daily life of this daring young mountaineer.
