The film is a personal account of an expedition with some friends to Bhagirathi II, an Indian mountain 6511 m high in Garwahl. Five people attempt to climb the two km of Bhagirathi II wall which is extremely difficult and dangerous. The expedition begins, through the eyes of two cameramen, full of joy, vitality and optimism. The situation changes immediately when one of the mountaineers dies.
