Heinz Mariacher became acquainted with the mountains by climbing the most important Dolomite peaks. Then he became a free climber and after that he returned to classical alpinism. During this itinerary he found his companion Luisa Iovine. Immersed in scenes of the most beautiful Dolomite walls, the film captures the different thoughts of the two climbers, who are united in life and on the rocks by the invitation to continue climbing when the peak is reached.
