The story of the Slovenian expedition to K2, the world's second highest mountain. A success unfortunately saddened by dramatic events. After having reached the summit, Stipe Bozic' and his partner, Carlos Carsolio from Mexco, decide to bivac at 8200 metres. Next day, in the last camp IV, the Slovenian climber Bostian Kekec suffers high altitude sickness. While the group led by Bozic' try to save him by taking him lower down he dies, in the same place where 7 climbers died in 1986. The descent was dramatic because Bozic' caught snow blindness and two of his friends had serious frostbite. In the end, down in the valley, Stipe asks himself how it is possible after all to say. "I have beaten K2"?
