The international expedition “Hielo Patagnonia 95” carries out an important glacial speleology venture. The largest endoglacial cave in the world is discovered in Patagonia, Argentina. Over 1000 metres of tunnels in the ice represent a new and extraordinary “landscape”. This also marks a new step in the knowledge of the internal structure of glaciers.
