“The story of every stream, even one that springs forth and disappears in the moss, is always a story of the infinite,” writes Elisèe Reclus in the book one of the main characters in the film takes with him on the climb from the mouth of the River Sarca up to its main source. The ascent is made by two mountain guides accustomed to climbing in the mountains: Danny Zampiccoli and Giampaolo Calzà. A journey upstream from Lake Garda up to the Adamello-Mandron glacier.

Luciano Stoffella
He attended ZeLIG, the cinema, television and new media school in Bolzano. He went on to work as an assistant cameraman, editor, electrician and sound technician. He worked with Bolzano’s Sound and Vision Centre via StudioZem between 2002 and 2008.
